Black Star’s ANZAC biscuits are a bit like that quoll you saw once: a fleeting glimpse, but a totally awesome one. They only do them for a matter of days each year over the ANZAC Day period so you have to get in their fast to get your mitts on one. When you do though, what you’re going to get is buttery, coconutty, chewy biscuits that will perfume any room with the sweet scent of Golden Syrup.
